TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to selected services, programmes, experiences, events, memberships, reservations, collaborations and other commercial or professional offerings made available directly through Mrs Glamux®, where expressly stated.
They supplement the Terms of Use, Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and any specific conditions communicated in connection with a particular offering.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase, reservation, application or other commitment.
01 — SCOPE
These Terms & Conditions govern eligible transactions and contractual relationships entered into directly through Mrs Glamux® or through an authorised Mrs Glamux® environment where these Terms are expressly incorporated.
Depending on the offering, additional or specific conditions may apply.
These may include conditions relating to:
• programmes and private experiences;
• events and invitations;
• memberships and access privileges;
• consultations or professional services;
• editorial or creative services;
• digital products or content;
• reservations and bookings;
• collaborations and selected opportunities.
Where specific terms are provided for a particular offering, those specific terms shall prevail over these general Terms & Conditions in the event of inconsistency.
02 — CONTRACTING ENTITY
The identity of the contracting entity responsible for a particular transaction will be indicated, where applicable, during the purchasing, booking, registration or contracting process.
It may also appear on the relevant quotation, order confirmation, invoice, contract or payment documentation.
Mrs Glamux® is a commercial and brand identity and should not, by itself, be interpreted as identifying a separate legal entity unless expressly stated.
03 — ELIGIBILITY
To enter into a transaction, you must have the legal capacity to contract or be duly authorised to act on behalf of the individual or organisation concerned.
Certain programmes, services, experiences or private environments may also be subject to eligibility criteria, invitation, application, availability or prior approval.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
04 — OFFERS & AVAILABILITY
Descriptions, visuals, schedules, programmes and other information are presented as accurately as reasonably possible.
Certain offerings may be:
Limited Edition
Invitation Only
Application Based
Members Only
Subject to Availability
Availability may therefore be limited by capacity, dates, locations, production constraints, partner availability or other legitimate operational considerations.
Unless otherwise required by law, Mrs Glamux® may modify or withdraw an offering before a binding contract has been formed.
05 — PRICES
Applicable prices are those displayed or formally communicated at the time an order, reservation or contractual commitment is made.
Prices may be expressed inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on the nature of the transaction, customer status and applicable legislation.
Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, booking fees or other mandatory costs will be communicated before the transaction is finalised where required by law.
Prices may change for future transactions without affecting orders already contractually confirmed.
06 — ORDERS, BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION
An order, booking, application or payment request does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
Where applicable, a transaction becomes binding once the required confirmation has been issued and/or payment has been successfully received, subject to any mandatory rules of applicable law.
Mrs Glamux® reserves the right to refuse or cancel a transaction for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment irregularities, manifest pricing errors, lack of availability or legal restrictions.
Any payment already received for a transaction cancelled by the contracting entity will be refunded where legally required.
07 — PAYMENT
Available payment methods will be displayed or communicated during the relevant transaction.
Payment may be processed by authorised third-party payment providers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and valid billing and payment information.
Mrs Glamux® does not necessarily receive or retain complete payment-card information when payments are processed directly by an independent payment provider.
For instalment arrangements, the specific payment schedule and consequences of missed payments will be communicated separately.
08 — INVOICES
Invoices are issued by the legal entity or professional responsible for the relevant transaction.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
Business customers should communicate any information required for invoicing, including company details and applicable tax identification information, before the invoice is issued where possible.
09 — DIGITAL PRODUCTS & CONTENT
Certain offerings may consist of digital publications, guides, educational materials, audiovisual content, downloadable resources or access to digital environments.
Access conditions, technical requirements and duration of availability may vary according to the relevant product.
Digital content is provided for the purchaser's authorised personal or professional use as specified at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly authorised, digital content may not be copied, redistributed, resold, sublicensed, publicly shared or commercially exploited.
Where applicable, consumers may be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance or delivery of digital content and acknowledge the consequences this may have for their statutory withdrawal rights.
10 — SERVICES & PROGRAMMES
The precise scope, format, duration, deliverables and conditions of a service or programme are those stated in the corresponding offer, quotation, contract or confirmation.
Results may depend on numerous factors outside the control of Mrs Glamux®.
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, participation in a programme or service does not guarantee any specific commercial, financial, professional, media, social or personal outcome.
11 — EVENTS & EXPERIENCES
Tickets, registrations or reservations for events and experiences may be subject to specific conditions relating to:
• admission;
• identity verification;
• dress code;
• schedules;
• accessibility;
• security;
• photography and filming;
• transfers or accommodation;
• cancellation;
• substitution;
• venue regulations.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the specific conditions associated with the relevant event.
Mrs Glamux® may reasonably modify schedules, speakers, venues, activities or programme elements where circumstances require, subject to applicable consumer rights.
12 — TRAVEL & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Where an experience involves travel, accommodation, transportation, restaurants, venues or other third-party services, the applicable service may be supplied directly by an independent provider.
The identity and contractual role of the relevant provider should be reviewed carefully before booking.
Unless expressly acting as the organiser or seller of a regulated travel package, Mrs Glamux® does not assume the legal status or obligations of a travel organiser merely because a third-party travel service is referenced, recommended or coordinated.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted under mandatory travel or consumer-protection legislation.
13 — CANCELLATION
Cancellation conditions depend on the nature of the relevant product, service, programme, event or reservation.
Any specific cancellation deadlines, fees or non-refundable components will be disclosed before purchase or incorporated into the applicable specific terms.
Where mandatory consumer legislation grants cancellation or withdrawal rights, those rights remain unaffected.
14 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers located in the European Union or other jurisdictions may benefit from statutory withdrawal rights for certain distance contracts.
Where French or EU consumer law applies, eligible consumers generally benefit from a statutory withdrawal period in accordance with applicable legislation.
However, statutory exceptions may apply, particularly to certain:
• personalised products;
• dated leisure services;
• accommodation or catering services provided on a specified date;
• fully performed services begun with the consumer's prior express agreement;
• digital content supplied under legally compliant conditions.
The applicable withdrawal information will be provided where required.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove a mandatory consumer right.
15 — REFUNDS
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable offering, its specific cancellation conditions and mandatory consumer law.
Where a refund is due, it will normally be made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed or legally permitted.
Processing times may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
16 — MEMBERSHIPS & PRIVATE ACCESS
Certain Mrs Glamux® environments may provide membership, invitation-only or restricted access.
Access is personal unless expressly stated otherwise.
Login credentials, invitations, private links or restricted materials must not be transferred, resold or shared without authorisation.
Membership benefits, access conditions, duration and renewal arrangements will be specified in the relevant offer.
Access may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the applicable specific terms and applicable law.
17 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Purchase of a product, programme, service, membership or experience does not transfer ownership of Mrs Glamux® intellectual property.
All protected names, trademarks, logos, monograms, designs, methodologies, concepts, publications, audiovisual materials and proprietary content remain subject to their respective intellectual-property rights.
No licence is granted except the limited right necessary to use the purchased product or service for its intended purpose.
18 — CONFIDENTIALITY
Certain private programmes, meetings, collaborations, presentations or environments may involve confidential information.
Where confidentiality obligations apply, they may be specified in separate contractual documentation.
Access to private information does not authorise its publication, reproduction or disclosure.
Professional collaborations involving commercially sensitive information may require a separate confidentiality agreement.
19 — IMAGE, PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
Photography, filming or recording may take place at certain public or professional events.
Where an individual's image is intended to be used in circumstances requiring consent or another valid legal basis, the appropriate information and, where necessary, authorisation will be obtained in accordance with applicable law.
Specific media or image-release terms may apply to particular events.
20 — THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
Mrs Glamux® may work with independent providers, venues, platforms, payment processors, production partners or other professional suppliers.
Third-party services may be governed by separate contractual conditions.
Where a third party contracts directly with the customer, that provider remains responsible for the performance of its own contractual obligations, subject to applicable law.
21 — FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be responsible for failure or delay caused by an event qualifying as force majeure under applicable law.
Where such circumstances affect an event, programme or service, reasonable efforts may be made to reschedule, adapt or provide an appropriate alternative where practicable.
Mandatory refund or consumer rights remain unaffected.
22 — LIABILITY
Mrs Glamux® and the applicable contracting entity remain responsible for their obligations in accordance with applicable law.
To the extent legally permitted, liability shall not extend to indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was entered into.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Customers remain responsible for decisions made independently on the basis of general informational or educational content.
23 — PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS
Where a customer acts exclusively for professional purposes, additional B2B contractual conditions may apply.
Commercial proposals, quotations, partnership agreements or individually negotiated contracts may override these general Terms & Conditions for the transaction concerned.
24 — PERSONAL DATA
Personal information collected in connection with purchases, bookings, registrations or services is processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
Additional privacy information may be provided where a particular programme or service requires specific processing activities.
25 — COMPLAINTS
Questions or complaints concerning a transaction should be submitted through the official contact channel identified in the relevant confirmation, invoice or contractual documentation.
Customers should provide sufficient information to identify the transaction and enable the matter to be reviewed efficiently.
Consumer complaints and dispute-resolution procedures will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
26 — GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and conflict-of-law rules that may apply.
The parties are encouraged to seek an amicable resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
Where legally required, eligible consumers will be provided with information concerning access to an appropriate consumer mediator.
Competent courts shall be determined in accordance with applicable law.
27 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
28 — CHANGES
These Terms & Conditions may be updated to reflect changes in legislation, services, operational practices or the Mrs Glamux® ecosystem.
The version applicable to a particular transaction is normally the version in force when that transaction is concluded, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
29 — CONTACT
For contractual, administrative or commercial enquiries relating to these Terms & Conditions, please use the official communication channel indicated by Mrs Glamux® or the relevant contracting entity.
General enquiries may be submitted through The Private Room™.
